哈瑪斯釋放2名美籍人質　以色列再向加薩醫院下達淨空要求

巴勒斯坦激進組織哈瑪斯，20日在卡達居中斡旋之下，已釋放遭擄至加薩地區的一對美籍母女，美國總統拜登也隨即與抵達以色列境內的兩人通話，但這項發展並未使衝突降溫，以色列軍方更再度要求加薩地區的醫院撤離，預告將展開夜間空襲，目前加薩地區累計死亡人數已逾4千人，其中超過7成為婦女及幼童，以色列境內也有超過1400人喪生。

美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）報導指出，卡達外交部發言人20日表示在該國居中協調之下，哈瑪斯已將一對遭擄至加薩的美籍母女，以色列總理辦公室也證實獲釋的人質為娜塔莉．拉亞南（Natalie Raanan），和她的母親茱迪絲．拉亞南（Judith Tai Raanan），美國總統拜登也在兩人抵達以色列境內後，透過電話表達慰問，並且強調將全力提供必要協助。

首度釋放人質之後，哈瑪斯也透過聲明強調，正與包括埃及、卡達等「友善國家」，持續針對人質問題進行協商。然而以色列的軍事行動並未因此減緩，加薩北部的聖城醫院（Al-Quds Hospital）證實已接獲以軍要求淨空的通知，預告即將展開夜間的空襲。

根據人道組織「巴勒斯坦紅新月會」（Palestinian Red Crescent）統計，目前該醫院收治約400名患者，並且收容了1.2萬名流離失所的巴勒斯坦平民，因此呼籲國際各界採取行動，避免重演阿里阿拉伯醫院（Al-Ahli al-Arabi Hospital）17日遭到攻擊，導致逾500人喪命的慘劇，世界衛生組織（WHO）也強調「醫療院所的神聖地位必須被尊重」。
